Denise provides wellness coaching tailored to fit your individual needs.  As a registered dietitian, certified personal trainer and transformation specialist, she will help motivate and encourage you in your journey and provide expertise advice so you can crush your goals.  

Included in the coaching are:

• An initial nutrition and fitness assessment in which Denise will ask you several questions related to your current habits to start to delve deep.

• Weekly nutrition and/or fitness education to help you meet your goals

• Check in calls twice monthly to assess progress and discuss new goals.
