Want to give a huge shout out to my health coach Denise Coots with Freestyle Fitness and Nutrition. 13 weeks ago I started a journey with her and am happy to say I stuck with it. I've tried so many different diets and workouts in the past and never could stay motivated to keep going. Well that has all changed.
