12-Week Program

What is it?

The 12 Week Reigniting Your Flame Program is an all encompassing program that is designed to help you develop sustainable habits that will allow you to take back control of your life.  It will help set you up with the knowledge and experience to maximize your overall nutrition and fitness.

How Do I Start?

We will start with a complimentary "get to know each other" call. During this call, we will discuss your overall situation and decide if this program is a good fit for you.

Your Personalized Plan

  1. A nutrition assessment, with Denise, a Registered & Licensed Dietitian, to start with to gauge where you are now and what you are looking to achieve.
  2. A guided one week guided cleanse where you will focus on reducing toxins and consuming whole foods for 5-7 days .
  3. Following the cleanse starts your 12 weeks of customized meal planning via the Nutrition Factors platform. Denise custom plans breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks Monday through Friday every week and then sends a Loom video summarizing the week.
  4. Access to the FF&N At Home Program where you can workout from anywhere you have access to internet, right alongside Denise.  There are many bonus videos included in this program that you will have continuous access to ensuring plenty of variety 24/7.
  5. An InBody composition scan in the beginning and at the end of the 12 weeks to gauge progress.
  6. Weekly nutrition, fitness and overall wellness education sent to your email inbox every Friday morning including a recorded PowerPoint that Denise created with corresponding handouts and a weekly "To-Do" checklist.
  7. Check in telephone calls every two weeks to discuss progress, wins and barriers to help you remove hidden hurdles in your way.

With this program you basically have your own personal Registered Dietitian and Certified Fitness Instructor at your fingertips at all times.

Want to give a huge shout out to my health coach Denise Coots with Freestyle Fitness and Nutrition. 13 weeks ago I started a journey with her and am happy to say I stuck with it.
