The FF&N At Home Program

Workout alongside Denise anywhere you have internet access in the FF&N at Home Program! You are provided with 5 new and 1 older bonus video each week. You choose which workouts and what order you do them. There is a suggested structure for anyone who wishes to follow it:

  • Monday - Lower Body
  • Tuesday - Core
  • Wednesday - Upper Body
  • Thursday - Cardio
  • Friday - Mixed Body

The bonus workout varies from week to week. The workouts run around 25-30 minutes. There are optional finishers for those looking for a little extra push at the end of the workouts.

The workouts are mainly HIIT (high intensity interval training) in nature, although there is a boot camp style as well. There are modifications shown for the majority of exercises which allow the workouts to be done by beginners as well as those who are more advanced. Equipment needs is minimal; a few dumbbells mainly. Some prefer to have kettlebells as well, noting these are not required. Workouts are very rarely repeated to help avoid boredom.

The weekly videos are released every Sunday and are in Vimeo format.

What it includes

A variety of nutrition education is provided along with nutritious recipes. Being a registered dietitian, Denise is able to help clients with medical nutrition therapy if needed.
